Shipping policy

The Art of Hilda is an online marketplace which either designs and manufacture products in-house or curate and source products from different brands available. The Art of Hilda does not print make all of the products listed on the website. Each product you purchase on The Art of Hilda is either manufactured/sourced from different brands and then packaged individually or in the gift hamper for delivery.

Due to the nature of small creative businesses and the unique things we create or curate, several products are made to order, and some products take longer than others to make. As a result, each product may have a different processing time. Please check the product page to know how many days your chosen product will ship in. Once shipped, we will send you a notification with the tracking details so you know when to expect it.

Shipping and Handling Fees

We offer Free Shipping on all orders (per store) above Rs.5,000/-. If the order value (per store) is equal to or below Rs.5,000/-, a Shipping and Handling Fee of Rs. 150/- will be charged at the time of checkout. Please check the product page to confirm the shipping, delivery, or handling charges.

Promotions

If you are taking advantage of a promo code or discount, the reduction is applicable only towards the price of the product(s). They cannot be applied towards The Art of Hilda Shipping and Handling Fee or Convenience Fee.

Shipping of Non-Standard Products

A non-standard item is something that is considered to be fragile, perishable, of high value, large or heavy or something that has exceptional delivery requirements. The above charges may not apply for such products and you may be charged an additional Shipping and Handling Fee at the time of checkout. Please check the product page to see if your product is considered to be ‘non-standard’.

Delivery

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from us, containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). The Art of Hilda will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. Please refer to the product page to find out the estimated delivery duration for your respective product and your destination. Creative Hampers makes its best endeavors to deliver an order by the date requested. However, this is not always possible due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control. You agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancel an order.

Please take care to enter all delivery details correctly. Incorrect information can result in delays in delivery. For deliveries to business addresses, you must include the business name with your order.

It is your responsibility to inform The Art of Hilda immediately if an order has not arrived. If you wish to query a delivery, please contact us at info@theartofhilda.com You can track your order directly at the courier merchant site. Orders will not be dispatched until payment is received in full by CreativeHub. Orders must be received by 4 pm for the next business day deliveries.

No deliveries are made on weekends or public holidays. Orders placed during Bank Holidays or Public Holidays will be processed the next working day.
